I’m a runner at heart and have always had a passion for all things health & fitness.
After taking a nutrition course at the University of Westminster & completing my qualifications in Personal Training, I was able to turn my passion into a career.
Many of my Personal Training clients came to me with a weight loss goal. Wanting to be able to provide them with the most accurate, evidence based information, I studied to become a qualified Nutritionist.
Here is where my coaching took a 360. I used to focus on ‘slow & steady’. But my clients had busy lives and wanted to see changes without wasting any time!
That’s when I started to trial an ‘Aggressive Dieting’ approach.
Clients loved the challenge and the thought of being able to get back into their jeans in just 2 weeks excited them! For others, losing 2kg in the first week was the kick-start that they needed!
As a mum of two with my own business, I am no stranger to the stressors of the world and trying to ‘fit it all in’. It *can* be done! With an intensive ‘Get In, Get Out’ approach to dieting, you have more time to spend doing the things you enjoy. I coach men and women from all walks of life; no matter how busy your diary or how many curveballs you get thrown, I will give you the tools that you need to lead a healthy lifestyle and reach your goals.
